Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that a delivery-address change can be completed.

Failed Delivery

Where a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect information or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment where legally permissible.

Damaged or Tampered Shipment

If a package appears significantly damaged or tampered with at delivery, you may refuse delivery where appropriate.
