REFUND POLICY

Refunds are available for eligible cancellations, returns and order issues in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer law.

When a Refund May Be Approved

A refund may be provided where:

  • An eligible order is cancelled before dispatch
  • A verified returned product meets our return conditions
  • You receive the wrong product
  • A product arrives damaged or defective
  • A product is materially different from its advertised description
  • A paid order cannot be fulfilled
  • The shipment is confirmed lost by the courier
  • A refund is otherwise required under applicable law

Inspection

Returned products may be inspected before a refund is approved.

We may decline a change-of-mind refund where the returned item has been opened, used, altered or damaged after delivery, subject always to applicable consumer rights.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, we aim to initiate it within 7 business days.

Bank, card, UPI or payment-provider processing times may result in additional time before the amount appears in your account.

Prepaid Orders

Approved refunds will generally be sent to the original payment method wherever technically possible.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For approved COD refunds, we may request valid bank account or UPI information to complete the refund.

Never provide your UPI PIN, OTP, CVV or banking password to OOAURA staff.

Shipping Charges

Where the return results from an incorrect, damaged or defective product attributable to OOAURA or our fulfilment process, applicable shipping charges may also be refunded.

For a voluntary change-of-mind return, original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Promotional Orders

Where an order included a discount, bundle, free gift or promotional benefit, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the terms of that promotion where permitted by law.
