We want your OOAURA order to reach you in proper condition.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Subject to the exclusions below, an eligible unopened and unused product may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify, the product should be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In its original condition
  • In original packaging
  • With seals intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Products That Cannot Normally Be Returned

For hygiene, health and safety reasons, we generally cannot accept change-of-mind returns for:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Used cosmetic products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Opened or consumed nutraceuticals
  • Sachets or ingestible products once opened
  • Products damaged through misuse
  • Products purchased in final-sale promotions where clearly disclosed

These exclusions do not affect your rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, spurious, expired, tampered with, materially different from what was advertised or otherwise required to be accepted under applicable law. India's E-Commerce Rules specifically protect consumers in circumstances involving defective, deficient, spurious or misdescribed products.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the outer packaging
  • Unboxing video, if available

An unboxing video can assist our investigation but will not by itself remove rights otherwise available under applicable law.

Return Approval

Do not send a product back without first contacting us.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may experience processing delays.

Return Shipping

Where a return results from our error, an incorrect product, transit damage or a verified defect, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping where appropriate.

For an approved change-of-mind return, return shipping may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
