Cancelling an Order

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

Include your order number and registered contact details.

Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be technically possible.

If the product is eligible for return after delivery, you may submit a request under our Returns Policy.

Prepaid Orders

Where an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

We aim to initiate an approved refund within 7 business days.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Eligible COD orders cancelled before dispatch will normally not attract a payment refund because no payment has yet been collected.

Cancellation Fees

OOAURA does not charge customers an arbitrary cancellation fee for an eligible cancellation.

The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules restrict unfair cancellation-charge practices by e-commerce entities.

Cancellation by OOAURA

We may cancel an order where reasonably necessary due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing error
  • Payment failure
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Invalid or incomplete delivery details
  • Regulatory restrictions
  • Courier/serviceability issues
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If OOAURA cancels a prepaid order, the applicable amount paid will be refunded.
